N.W. Mark Masons Motorcycle Group

2nd July 2016

The fourth meeting of the group took place at Wellington Park on Saturday July 2nd there were eight members present with five apologies, one of the new attendees was no less a person than the Grand  Junior Deacon WBro. Shaun Higson from Turton LodgeNo.1300 East Lancashire, WBro Alan Davies WM Semper Fidelis 880 from the Fylde and John Askew, Queensway Lodge No. 1331 from Preston, so the word is spreading and the membership growing.

Following a short meeting at which various administrative matters were addressed five of us set off for a run, due to the weather it was decided that a shorter route would be followed. We ended up at a windy, but dry Glasson Dock, and enjoyed the usual refreshments at the caravan. The route home was lengthened our path being blocked at Cockerham due to the village fete, we ended up coming back via Stalmine and Hambleton and joining the Fleetwood road back into Preston. A good run, windy but dry, one member carried on up to the Lake District!!.

The next meeting is scheduled for the second Sunday in August (14th)
